When we were asked to look at the Majakovskeho Residence we were very excited about the fantastic setting in the hills of Bratislava. The opportunity to create a sequence of residential pavilions that enjoy all that this large expanse of greenery has to offer, while remaining intimate and exclusive, was the design challenge for which we had to find the balance.
The combination of our contemporary design, the palette of rich natural materials and the parkland setting creates an exclusivity that is a unique residential offering for Bratislava.
